At Hawaiian Monarch Coffee, every order is prepared with care and aloha from our family farm in Kaʻū. We are grateful to share our Hawaiʻi-grown coffee with you and appreciate your support of our small, family-owned farm.
📦 Shipping
Hawaiian Monarch Coffee ships orders Monday through Saturday, excluding shipping holidays.
We work hard to process your order within 1–2 business days. However, we may require additional processing and packing time depending on how high our order volume is, especially during the holidays and sales. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number.
At this time, we ship within the United States only and unfortunately do not offer international shipping.
USPS Delivery
All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS Priority Mail generally delivers to U.S. domestic destinations within 3–5 business days, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
Please understand that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or arrival time. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, USPS operations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Hawaiian Monarch Coffee does not purchase shipping insurance on orders. If your package is delayed, lost, or encounters a delivery issue, we are happy to assist with tracking your shipment and help with the USPS claim process when applicable.
ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS.
Because our coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all purchases are non-refundable.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or an item that arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist you.
